Creating Memories
Peony Promises & Picnics is a new event company specializing in luxury picnic services. We create luxury pop up picnic experiences year round. Incorporating beautiful decor and pristine scenery we help create unforgettable memories. Whether it's a romantic date night, birthday, shower, proposal, or a just because notion, we will create an atmosphere of happiness and all around amazing vibe.
How It Works
Step 1
Fill out Booking Form. This form will include a questionnaire for you to answer with all details about your desired luxury picnic. You will have a chance on this form to ask any questions regarding customizing a package, add-ons, etc.
Step 2
We will contact you within 24 to 48hrs to discuss details and confirm or deny requested luxury picnic.
Step 3
To secure your date & time, we require a 50% retainer fee and the remaining balance is due 72hrs prior to your picnic. (For cancellations and refunds please refer to our FAQS section on the site)
Step 4
The day of your picnic you just need to show up and we handle the rest! We will notify you via text when your picnic is ready. 15 minutes prior to the end of your picnic we will send a text notifying you that your experience time is winding down. If at that time you wish to extend your experience time you may notify us then. (Check the Add-Ons list for time extensions)
Step 5
Once we arrive you're free to leave and we will do all the cleaning and pick-up.
