Hotel Decor

Please read below for all booking details regarding hotel decor and setups.

These are not picnic setups. Please see picnic packages to schedule a luxury picnic.

All policies still stand. To lock in your date you must put down a 50% retainer which Is half of the total cost for services. The remainder of the price must be paid THREE days prior to your service. You must fill out a booking form to book. Please review the FAQs page for answers to the most asked questions. Please visit our Vendors page for catering options.

ROOM ACCESS: We will not check in for you. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have access to your room. We can meet up in hotel lobby or you can leave a key for us at the front desk.

SETUP TIME: Setups usually take approximately 1hr 30 mins to complete. After we setup, if a key was provided, we will leave the key in your room.
